4 days Gorilla trekking

Entebbe - 3 nights Bwindi Forest

Arrive or transfer to Entebbe International Airport for your domestic flight to Kihihi Airstrip.
On arrival, transfer to your hotel / lodge that will be located on the edge of the Bwindi Forest.
After lunch you will go on a Batwa Community walk. This three-hour Community walk will show you the local people living close to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest along with their culture and customs. Dinner and overnight at your hotel.

After breakfast, transfer to the Bwindi Forest Park offices where you will be divided into groups of 8 and allocated a gorilla family as well as a tracking guide.
After a briefing by your guide, you will drive to the trailhead for the start of your thrilling adventure. You can expect to walk long distances (from 2 u2013 8 hours) in steep and sometimes muddy conditions with rain overhead, which can be tough and require a degree of fitness, but the thrill of coming face to face with a Mountain Gorilla will more than compensate for your efforts.
On sighting the gorillas, you can spend the allowed one hour with them as they go about their daily life.
Afterwards, you hike back to base where your driver will be waiting to transfer you to the lodge.

After breakfast, you will be driven back to the park offices and will embark on a half day trek to spot the mountain gorillas.
Return to your lodge mid-afternoon and enjoy sundowners and a delicious dinner.

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the Kihihi Airstrip where you will catch your flight back to Entebbe.

Arrival at Entebbe Airport and transfer to your hotel. Remainder of the evening will be spent at leisure.
After breakfast, depart south to Fort Portal, with a packed lunch to enjoy en-route. Fort portal rests in the shadow of the fabled u2018Mountains of the Moonu2019 and is famous for her many tea plantations.
You will then continue on to the Kibale National Park arriving at your lodge in time for dinner and overnight.
This morning you will be transferred to the Kibale National Forest Park gates. Following the pre-tracking briefing, you will walk or drive to the trailhead for the start of an unforgettable adventure u2013 hiking in the footsteps of the habituated family of chimpanzees.
After sighting the chimpanzees you will spend the allowed one hour with them as they go about their daily lives.
Transfer back to your lodge for some rest, dinner and overnight.
After an early breakfast, depart for the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park, home of the endangered mountain gorillas.
En-route you will pass the vast savannah plains of Queen Elizabeth National Park with picnic lunch boxes, where you will go in search of the tree climbing lions. Arrival at your lodge on the edge of the Bwindi Forest National Park in time for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, head to Lake Mburo National Park. After lunch you will go on a boat ride where you will be able to view the prolific bird life and numerous hippopotamus.
Dinner and overnight at your lodge or tented camp.
Today you will have an early start where you will go for a guided bush walk. Return to your lodge for breakfast and enjoy a game drive en route to the park gate.
Return to Entebbe by road and transfer to the international airport.
